BringMeTheNews was launched in September 2009 as both a direct news source for the public and as a news network for other media properties around the state.

Today it serves approximately 1 million unique users online monthly and 400,000 listeners a week through 25 radio stations across Minnesota.

The BringMeTheNews local business was sold to the Pohlad Companies in 2015.
